Inyodo Martial Arts Summer Camp
An introduction to martial arts. Children will display respect, discipline and self-control while being introduced to the fundamentals of Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Hapkido. Campers will learn self-defense through blocking, kicking and punching, while Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will give campers skills of ground defense. Daily obstacle courses and fun play will improve their natural reflexes and agility. Martial arts tone the body and strengthen the mind while giving the gift of a lifelong skill: self-defense. Campers should bring a snack and lunch.
